Terrible trading day. Chasing trades that just aren't there... Was plenty of opportunity to make good sound trades off the setups I know that work and work well... Need a lot more patience. I am going to reset my stats and try again... I have to get through this mental block somehow.

The max loss has to be in relation to the max gain you are capable of. No worse than 1 unit of win to 2 units of loss....ever.
